Heard that you initiated a TTPM case against Illegear, and Illegear won. And you bought a battery from Illegear with your credit card, but charge back later claiming "unauthorized transaction", how was the charge back already? Successful?

Anyone able to help? Having an Onyx Pro and unable to turn on at all - with or without power adapter connected. Can't seem to get any customer support at all from Illegear.

any update? I just got in touch with Illegear's customer support on Whatsapp (+60182618599)..
to be fair, my question was really simple and it didn't involve any hardware/software issue..
FYI, I'm out of my warranty (on Onyx Pro as well), so I didn't expect them to really reply, but they did..

Fill in the customer support ticket form at illegear support website them will served you as i do this when my Selenite Pro TGL got USB port issue last time, either of them will ask you go Ova Damansara Illegear Service Center for checking or courier the laptop to thier service center, thier service still ok for me as them change whole new PCB for me when i send the laptop in service center without charge as i was still in warranty
