I keep getting Error 1020

Yeah, I hate to say this but I would like to join this train too.

Still has 1st gen Onyx. Every year, there's always a problem, from keyboard to battery to BIOS. It's like every year I need to go to Damansara and get it checked up.

Recently, handed in this laptop before my warranty expired, already told them problems like constant BSOD (even though its not the KB5001330 update, or I put it wrong) and upon turning on without charging, the laptop would switch on but the screen is not light up for a few seconds....then shut itself down before re-start itself properly. The only way I can avoid the 'switch on problem' is by keeping it charging at all times even when I'm not using it.

When taking back this laptop, the guy said it has updated the BIOS, quick reset (which I kinda prefer full reset instead) and should be okay. One week later, BAM! BSOD COMES AGAIN!!
Even my 6-year old HP still stands strong.

I was thinking of getting a new Illegear Onyx pro with 11th gen this coming June. But seeing the comments here, i am thinking twice. Should i go for it?

Anyone know a good and reputable laptop repair shop who does motherboard or cpu/gpu repair?

My laptop gpu is showing error code 43, did everything i could but still no chance.
Contacted illegear and they said gpu faulty, need to send back to manufacturer to repair. Would like to know if there's other place to fix, to save cost and time too. :'((

Another complaint from me.
Sent laptop in for SCEP cert failures and frequent black screens. Sent from East Msia back to KL on my own money and had to pay to send it to myself again.
Problem persists.
This time they offered free collection. Ok fine.
My laptop is gone for 3 weeks ++
They have literally replaced everything but the mobo, which I've repeatedly told them is the main problem, but OK, fine.
Day 1 I get it back and it BSODs and throws SCEP errors and fucking THX driver errors.

I bloody wish I could. It's ridiculous. This really drives home to point to never buy local brands I think. Just shitty behavior on their side overall

This, from googling, seems to be tied to AMD chipset OR the mobo.
Whenever I see this error, I expect my screen to turn black and not respond. Can still hear the fans spinning but nothing else.
From googling, it suggests disabling TPM but surprise, there's no TPM on their bios cuz they've not updated it since forever.

After my second send in, i've also gotten a BSOD on DRIVERS. Bloody hell, after the support claimed to have updated all drivers, I get this nonsense.
