Anyways I got my ambank NexG card activated already. Thank god it not giving me any problem. Still waiting for my PIN to arrive. They say it will take 3 weeks from the date the card been activated. And to request printed statement will cost you RM20. Its so easy to make money this day.

This promotion could be permanent because in Singapore it is permanent, but then that can be due to not many people have cars in Singapore. This promotion was supposed to end on 28 Feb 08. Then it was extended to the end of Apr 08. And now to 30 June 08. We just might see them extending this promotion to August 08 sometime in May.

i already have MOL Freedom Debit Card.
and it is also already activated a month ago..
but usually how long teken for me to receive the pin?
any MOL Freedom Debit Card holder can help me here?

wanna ask the standard charted master debit card
there stated no annual charge but y the ppl in there tell me have RM8 annual charge

i get my pin roughly 1 week after my 1st transaction, which is about a month after i receive the SMS from MOL

Actually it is like your ATM card too. And the RM8 charge is the annual fee for your ATM card. Just like any other banks' ATM card.

Same panic situation as you before. But if you RM6 then charge RM150 extra, I certainly will laugh at you a little bit

i kena worse lar... i pump rm1+ then have to wait for them to rebate me back... my sis pump full and didnt tell me ... zzz and i stupid didnt see the petrol level also... hahahaaa

wah so scary meh pump RM8 but been charge RM150.. i just got mine PBB Visa Electron Debit Card on monday.. too bad i tried 3 different website to pay for hotel reservation online but failed, when called the card center they said those merchant doesn't accept debit card..

so now i have to use the debit card to pump petrol only to get the free annual fees if spend over 1.2k annually. I pumped in RM46 but duno will it charge wrongly? Have to link the debit card with my e-banking account to check balance but have to go to any branch and fill up a form.

If check balance manually the bank will charge RM10..

RM1+ also want to use the card?

Hey, please read through our previous post. Never never say it is debit card, just say it is VISA, or ask them whether they accept card. Just don't say debit card.

Btw, for your PBB visa card, what hotel you book actually? If genting, you need to register for VISA VERIFY thingy. Cause they make full use of their verification visa features.

Add: Eventually I tried to book a hotel using my PBB visa also, didn't manage to get through. Get error they said and ask me to call bank, called up PBB, no problem with the card. In the end, ask the fella to key in my maybank card.

but US UK country they already accept, so online payment to other country is easy.

But is malaysia is bad.

I tat day bring my debit card go buy computer. he say nid charge 2.5% for using card
Then i say ok. Then he say, erm this card cannot wor.. cause we did not accept debit.... haiz...
