im have subscribe for Maybank debit visa and too bad they doesnt accept for paypal...And im planning for Tunemoney visa..any recommendation since im interest in Ebay and foreign online shopping.

i have own a public bank visa electron debit card..however i cant verified through paypal due to the answer below :
"This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Why i cant pay invoice by PB debit card , the answer from ebay it say the card was declined.or maybe my balance not enough?
