but 1 thing wht i love about stanchart e-saver is the interest rate compared to other commercial bank.

commercial merchant bank.. not public bank.. so dont expect a lot of branches... yeaps.. u can use other atms but will be charged

how to personalize my standard chartered debit mastercard ?? must send back the card or request for new card ???...i dont want to be charged twice for my atm card...

or must go to their hq to personalize card on the spot ?? i have free time to burn starting from next week...finish semester already....

Ya, i also want to know what do you mean by personalize? I plan to go Standard chartered to open the esaver account! Is it when open this account they will on the spot give the master debit card? Or i have to request it? Is it nothing requirement to open this account?  THank You.

Here's the thing, I opened the e$aver's account on the spot and I instantly got a non-personalized card (doesn't have my name on it, only card number).

The financial consultant told me that if I want to get my name personalized on it, the bank will incur a RM8 card charge for the change. And that will take at least 2 weeks then it'll be sent to your home address.

normal debit card they can give on the spot..jsut that dono wat is the personalized mean..

How long will take for the SCB esaver a/c master debit card (PERSONALIZED) to arrive from the date of open account? Its already 3 weeks but my card not yet received.        

WHAT.... WHY YOU RECEIVE SO FAST? WHERE ARE YOU FROM? I APPLY ON 28 MARCH 2008 BUT TILL NOW NOT YET RECEIVE.... I FROM BUTTERWORTH, PENANG.  

REALLY       I THOUGHT UNTIL APRIL 30 ONLY. GOOD I CAN USE IT FOR PETROL AND GET REBATES..... THEY SAID I WILL RECEIVE BY THIS WEEK.... HAPPY... THANK YOU!!!
