My own personal preference :
1-Public Bank's Visa Electron
2-Standard Chartered Bank's Master Card Debit
3-Al Rajhi Bank's ATM Debit Card (VISA)

for extra info, Southern Bank's Direct Access credit card cant be used for any online payments.

i dont know much...but today eon bank come to my campus...they also promoting their mastercard debit card....sorry don't know any details...

the al rajhi bank debit card got no annual fee. i just contacted the customer service. its FOC. kinda good actually. but it is syariah-compliant. so i cant book hotels in genting or whatsoever. thats the down-side of it. but other than that, i charge that card every now and then, no complains.

whatever is ur options, don't choose BSN (Bank Simpanan Nasional)....they are terrible on these debit card stuff....charge RM 12 every year.....maybank is still the preffered options

I got Mastercard, Visa and Amex from Maybank (they are credit card but I treat them like a debit card, always pay up the balance every month). All FOC except the Visa card must be swiped at least twice a month (any amount).

I apply for PB Debit Card but it's almost a month now still no reply from them, I post my application form. Or better I go to their office myself? Will it makes process faster?

CIMB got debit card?

As far as I know, CIMB doesn't have Debit Card.

wow, wait for a month and still no call from the bank? guess mz go chase them d. what i like about al rajhi is...i get it on the spot. hahaha...no need so mafan like other banks need to approve. all u need to do is just open an account with them...then walla...they give u ur card in around..lets say...15min?

the HQ is just below my office... everyday see the bank...

yah. no annual fees 1...im currently using it. go get 1 la. service also not bad 1. i want to get a 2nd 1. for convenience. im thinking of taking the PB Visa electron as my 2nd card. but got annual fees. so still thinking about it. lol.
