yes...PB ING and PB VISA ELECTRON need minimum RM25 inside ur account..i think same goes to MBB since MBB 1 is linked to your saving accounts

Can I ask, what is the minimum age to apply for a Debit Card? Because my friend in the UK who is the same age as me (13) already have a Debit Card. Which bank here have the lowest minimum age to apply? I think PB D2D debit card is eligible for those 12 years old and above...

i think if you are above 12/13 your could get a debit card with maybank but with approval from your parents that you are under age and stuff. I got my card when i was 17 and MB2U as well.
