maybank debit card can only use for online transfer frm 1 account to another account and also pay online bill
other than that is a big no no for maybank debit card... its like normal atm card, can't do any transaction in paypal and watsoever. but u can use it in any shops or supermarkets that accept VISA card. |

wanted to purchase a CD frm play asia...i asked their customer service if my maybank debit caard can get thru or not...they said any debit card as long as is VISA o MASTER CARD then ok dy... but if i use debit caard to purchase,i might need to go thru manual authorization..which means they need a copy of my IC and license etc...is it needed for manual authorization? |

QUOTE(hye @ Feb 22 2009, 03:06 PM) At the traffic light junction (coming from KL) into 1Utama, turn left. You should be able to see SCB Saadiq branch within 1-2km after that traffic light. It is a corner lot unit. i was thinking if can settle by myself then no need kacau ppl to do the payment for me 1st...Added on February 22, 2009, 3:08 pm Just give it a shot but if they ask you for that manual authorization then personally I would not do it. Not because of security but more towards the hassle of doing it. You could ask someone else with a CC to get the item for you then. they do have bank fund transfer but too bad...the item i want to buy is just RM80.00 Maybank minimum transfer is RM250...guess need to find that item locally |

QUOTE(MNet @ Mar 6 2009, 09:38 PM) Effective Mar 26, 2009, Maybankard Bankard cardholders (ATM Card) will have the option to choose between unlimited free ATM cash withdrawals for only RM8 annually (per card) or maintaining the existing 4 free ATM withdrawals per month; with RM0.50 being charged for each subsequent cash withdrawals during the month. i rather choose the 2nd option (RM0.50 being charged for each subsequent cash withdrawals)....at least can control my money...and withdraw with plans...All you need to do is to fill up the Maybank Card ATM Form (ATM56) at your nearest Maybank branch and your ATM card service charge will be updated accordingly. Subject to terms & conditions |

QUOTE(Sieg @ Mar 26 2009, 01:53 PM) No I dint call them, cause I already ask them to link it to by PBE acc when I apply for the card two weeks ago. Dun know if they did it or not. I sign a lot of paper until I also blur blur i think its better to call them.they might missed it out although you've told them to do so. |
