btw, have u tried to waive visa electron annual fee?

if that's the case, how would you withdraw money from paypal if you wanted to? i always thought the whole reason of using a debit card to verify your account was because it would be a lot cheaper for you to withdraw your money?

Can i know whether eon debit card (mastercard) can verify paypal?

I spent more than RM10,000/pa since i started using it since January 2007. So the annual fee was automatically waived. Cancelled it in late February this year in favor of a credit card.


Don't know about this as i do not earn money over the net and therefore have no experience in this. I needed to verify my Public Bank VISA Electron to my PayPal account 2 years ago because i frequently opted to pay some merchants overseas via PayPal because i trust PayPal. The problem is that you can only pay using your credit/debit card via PayPal for a certain amount of money and when you have reached the limit, you will need to get your credit/debit card verified or else you won't be able to make payment anymore.

Then you are wrong, i got the card few days ago and able to verify paypal acc............yeah!

Good that you can get it verified but you won't be able to withdraw fund using your EON Bank Debit Mastercard (as clearly stated in PayPal). But it won't be a problem as long as you only use PayPal to pay other merchants and not earning money through it.

any one out there using tune money visa debit card. is this card good in term of cs, ease payment, fee charged?

PBB VISA Electron can be used to withdraw paypal fund while PBB Master ING Debit card cannot. The rest of the feature not much different.

Is there any different between Visa and Visa Electron?

Is Visa Electron accepted anywhere where Visa sign is showed?
