do u all encounter interest charge when u using debit card for purchasing computer hardware in lowyat???

i was working 1 of the retail in lowyat, they said got charge for debit card.
This is really confuse, money immediately transfer to account also require to be charged?
And another thing is, they always use the term atm card instead of debit card. Which one is correct?

For the PB visa electron,

will they charge extra charges on online transaction for foreign payment?
or just follow the rates with no charge, commission at all?

1)PBB VISA Electron and PBB Master ING Debit card...which one better?
2) If i apply either 1 or 2 together, will my old atm card need to surrender?
3) To my understanding, both waive 1st year annual fee, after that they will charge ?
4) Can i apply both to integrate with my 1 account only?

Do we need any document to submit for applying pb visa electron?

the counter staff ask me to submit my offer letter to them.
