Yes. Many people have experience this sort of problem as the C1200 is crap.

I made a change in the setting and so far 100% success with no more high pitch sound. Mind you, this is a short duration test. Need to test it for a longer period.

In HypTV, go to Settings, Display Sound and select 1080p50Hz. That setting was not set before.

You may be wondering the 1080p50Hz setting is for visual, how can that help the audio.

My layman's view is, when setting that 50Hz for visual, the whole system uses 50Hz including audio.

Electricity in Sarawak is 50Hz. Check what is the frequency in W Msia. And select the correct one.

Please let me know if the problem comes back after you have made the above change.

your issue is about the tv setup, not unifi.

diff brands/models of tv work on diff platforms incl connectivity.

if u encounter more issues about networking for the tv, best u ask in the LG tv threads in this section:

Actually, I used Unifi portal to view and pay bills for last few months, but today can't see anything.

At night they usually do maintenance so expect the unifi portal to not work properly. I experienced the empty account as well but nothing to worry about since it worked fine the next day morning.

I dont think thats the issue....lets see your outcome. Mine is set 1080/50, ours is PAL system, hence the setting should be 50Hz, whereas for NTSC it would be 60Hz

Looks like this is the current campaign.

Previous RM139 30M Bonanza was said to be RM40-60 less than normal price at that time. But it turns out its RM20 less than current campaign as the RM179 30M now includes STD20.

Previous RM189 50 Bonanza is now at RM199 50M but includes STD20 and Ultimate pack.

Also,
No more Jumbo Lite pack. And no sign of RM99 10M plan.

then again, we know they have been actively calling 50mbps users to +rm20 to go 100mbps w/o new contract.

There is still 50M by adding RM20 to the advertised RM179 30M package..

I think previously RM189 50M did not have STD20 and Jumbo pack. Now RM199 50M has STD20 and Ultimate pack.

But as you say, old users could also get 100M for RM199 with the addition of RM20.

Just too many variations in their pricing.

And their termination terms has changed as now the penalty is you basically pay up the full price, which means no point cancelling. I think this is to prevent users from terminating and re-applying for new cheaper promo packages, as they must have learnt from recent promos they had. This does not apply to users under contract from earlier this year or before that. But if a year or so down the line, you renew your contract due to some change in your subscription, I think you will be subjected to this new termination terms.

Ya, came on here to double check if anyone else was having the same problems and it looks like it. Can't login to one of my games that's hosted on amazon servers either. Connecting anywhere is just really bad latency with lag spikes over 3-4k.

ah yes... missed that 50mbps upgrade.

the full penalty... yes, think for new contracts starting recently.
