115.134.*.* and 60.49.*.* is affected. Seems like Cloudflare host is affected while Linode aren't. Twitch.tv is completely dead, can't buffer anything. Twitter also very slow to load.

Edit: 175.142.*.* is affected as well.
*
Using 115.132.*.* without issue, can browse and download at full speed (10Mbps).

Or you prefer the conspiracy theory where TM is testing its DPI hardware in anticipation of upcoming election? brows.gif

After all....our ISP blocked certain politician youtube video before via packet injection....

your questioning sounds more like /k than anyone else here. Are you sure that you yourself is serious? Anyway we can only speculate from our experience and limited knowledge. Only TM can answer your questions proper, if they want to that is. Anyone with a decent knowledge of how the internet works can come to this conclusion that what Russia did is affecting the rest of the world. Your questions on the other hand, only serve to confuse people since all of those are technical.

Having trouble loading some int'l0 websites. SUPER SLOOOOOOOOW.

Mobile online games can't even connect using UniFi. Sometime can connect then comes error msg.

Using mobile network on online gaming is normal as always. Guess I'll stick to mobile network data while waiting for the routing fix.

so u mean that is not valid questions?
how am i confuse others here, please elaborate
if it is like he/she said, it affected the whole world then i'm sure the news/social media will reporting about it now, no?
and please common sense, the russia is blocking its' citizen from accessing those web service not blocking the whole world from accessing those web service doh.gif
