Thanks! Definitely prefer not to cancel and reinstall as I don't have time to wait for them unless they come at night. And also not to repeat the whole process every 2 years when average internet price drops...

No contract, but reapplying is a hassle. 2 years later after contract ends, if 30Mbps then becomes RM99, 50Mbps RM139...then I need to cancel and apply again.

That is your choice because you dont want to take the RM10 upgrade,we say many time ald 2year is so long to wait who know later what price will come out just enjoy,reaply you can save the 1month RM40 more,you can try go to the Quill City Mall TMpoints there maybe will gave you take the RM139 package,but contract will refresh 2years,brother reaply can take all the new set modem for new why not and we talk this many ald at this topic

And you condo not support up 50Mb,that is bcz condo is used VDSL2 at your area and maybe copperline condo is too old,that is no choice rclxub.gif

Dude, did you even read the whole thing? How is it my choice not to take the RM10 upgrade? My area not qualified, you come and upgrade for me ah?

The whole point of waiting was because they said will be done in phases, but did not mention my area totally not qualified. So I was waiting until end of last year, but still no news.

Has the RM139 30GB promotion ended? I don't see it on the internet anymore as I did 2 weeks ago. Now it's RM179 for 30GB. Any dealer could confirm this?

If the first TMPoint does not entertain you, move on and try another one. sweat.gif
Or give it a try and go to TMPoint Quill City Mall (open daily from 10:00am to 9:30pm) and talk nicely with them about this RM139 package.
They may ask you to fill-up the "borang aduan" for this matter, remember ask for case number if they said NO, then can bring this to MCMC and let them deal with TM.

Update to my problem. I received SMS regarding some rebate, but it is still not accurate.

More information after I talked to the billing department. Basically, even though they have removed your other HyppTV package (since Jumbo Package now includes all channels), they are not going to reduce your monthly commitment. They are going to reduce your discount on the High Speed Internet to balance off the money you saved from your removed package.

So for me, I used to enjoy 50 Mbps speed paying RM219 - RM70 = RM149. This month onwards, it will be RM219-RM30 = RM189. This is wrong, because I should be enjoying free upgrade from 30Mbps (it is under the Thank You 2017 package).

I am going to wait for the next bill to come, then will complain for my RM70 discount. My April bill is too messy to make any sense out of it. But I am still ok since I got some rebate from my cancelled Ruby pack.

1. U were paying rm149 for 50mbps? With jumbo, ruby? For how many months?

2. The change in billing was triggered by removal of ruby at yr request, nothing else?

1. i was paying RM149 for 50mbps, RM60 for Jumbo, an RM40 for Ruby. for more than a year already.

2. the change in billing was not triggered by me, but was done automatically since Jumbo pack is now ALL channels.

3. So now after they restructure the HyppTV package, i will pay RM189 for 50mbps, and RM60 for Jumbo. That was exactly how the billing dept person told me over phone.
