jumbo, now with fox channels, is a good all round offer - and simple to use.

ruby has all old stuff, not exciting.

to get other stuff, new, latest... vod, livetv, eng, chinese, thai, usa, uk, sg, live sports... get a good box.

u then have endless entertainment 24/7 - for all in the family.

After bought Android TV Box I had uninstall unifi TV everywhere app.
Felt that unifi TV is rubbish

You can still watch singapore channels for free without astro on Toggle app,web version also got. They air newest dramas with english subtitles, you dont get to view all eps for free acc but still get to watch every episode release daily. Some older shows are exclusive for singaporeans though but easily solved with vpn.

but never migrated them to new ones.

Guys, i've been quoted RM 6 per meter for new fiber cable for my unifi. From the outside unit to FTB. Extra rm4 per meter if the fiber wanted to be cover up.

So is RM10 per meter with cover. And 1 month warranty provided for the new cables...

Just wanna ask is this price quoted reasonable?

Is there other option such as using own contractor to do the cables?

Then really no point of paying for Ruby anymore.

Guys, I plan to complain to TM about the redundancy of UniFi TV.

In my UniFi Portal, it is still showing Jumbo and Ruby.

I'm chatting with CS on LiveChat and he said I'm still on Jumbo and Ruby and asked if I received SMS for upgrade to Ultimate and Ruby Plus.

Can someone please enlighten me if Jumbo is now renamed to Ultimate and Ruby to Ruby Plus?

Or I still need to wait for SMS to upgrade? I thought it is just a plan rename but looks like no? I'm confused.

Content-wise, TM already renames their Jumbo to Ultimate and others too, but back-end change will only commence late May for unifi users.
This time if you have the Ultimate pack, you can't subscribe to another pack.

Customer will save RM 30 for existing customer with Jumbo+Ruby.
