Did u bring your grouses to TMPOINTS?

Now no more RM139 for 30Mbps, its RM179 so even if you complain they will just say new customer also pay RM179 so they can't give you discount. TM got smart and increase the price so people can't complain anymore.

In any case, if your unhappy then just go to TMpoint and say you want to make a complain and want discount because your friend, family, untie or uncle pay less for 30Mbps so you want same price as they got. You may or may not get a discount, depending on how generous and hard working TMpoint employees are. If they still say cannot, ask to speak with manager or supervisor, then tell them the same thing, want discount because untie uncle bla bla you get the point.

If die die also cannot get discount then just be patient and wait for future price promo for unifi and eat maggie mee or cancel your internet and don't bother anymore.

I faced the same situation before and this is my post:
This month I got the latest discounted price (last month still getting adjusted price due to prorated) and it's a clear price reduction by discount. It's not a super duper cheap price but it will do for now since it's quite reasonable even with gst. Just try to nego with them and see what happens.

You got 2 choice to do
1)If no contract apply a new one
2)Got contract write complain to MCMC,say you no need the +RM10 upgrade to get promotion for 50Mb,say there are unfair to old customer and maybe you can say you can agree to refresh back 2year contract,because the RM139 plan must change the package name on their system

That is your choice because you dont want to take the RM10 upgrade,we say many time ald 2year is so long to wait who know later what price will come out just enjoy,reaply you can save the 1month RM40 more,you can try go to the Quill City Mall TMpoints there maybe will gave you take the RM139 package,but contract will refresh 2years,brother reaply can take all the new set modem for new why not and we talk this many ald at this topic

And you condo not support up 50Mb,that is bcz condo is used VDSL2 at your area and maybe copperline condo is too old,that is no choice

Now the best choice is do a complain to MCMC and wait 15days there will do for you,bcz you now dont have contract ald,so make a complain is most easy for dont apply new one,last year many of us also do like that to take the RM139 package

I think best you can do now is to go to TMPoint and speak with their manager, then you will get your price lowered to RM139. No more contract right?

They should at least reduce your price to RM139. Complain to MCMC online, I just did by quoting the false ad for raya +rm10 from unifi lite to advance package but not applicable if existing contract hasn't ended. After a few days they called me up and offered the package, but contract to be renewed for 2 years and will charge rm179 after that. I took it after helpful advice from LYN users here, that i can complain again if they refused to offer me reduced price or further promos later on.

your case is not unique.

the problem is the building u live in - can't do more than 30mbps.

assuming no more contract, u need to complain hard at tmpoint.

others in same situation have successfully got price reduced.

with the frenzy rm139 30mbps now, u should have much better chance.

I signed up for the RM179 for 30Mbps package.

GST about RM10, total was RM189.75



Without GST, apparently my discount for UniFi is reduced to RM60.01. Total now RM198.99



The package is suppose to stay the same forever at RM179 before tax, unless I upgrade or change to a different plan

If really cannot afford it, just go downgrade RM129 la, also 100Mbps later...

I know right. TM is weird. I couldn't make head or tail of my bills after last year's RM10 upgrade. Fortunately, mine was an unexpected decrease.

Nov 2017: RM181.84
Dec 2017: RM150.66
28 Jan 2018: RM189

I think now is a very good time to change to TIME because they'll be responding to TM's 10x upgrade soon. You're so lucky that you have the choice.

If you can post the relevant sections of your bills here, maybe we can help see where the problem is. If TM overcharged you then it's your right to be compensated. I haven't seen TM overcharge anyone deliberately. If you bring it to their attention and it's a mistake on their part, for sure they'll make an adjustment, in your favour, to your next bill.
