there 2 contractors in each area.

one is for equipment tests, change, internal only.

the other for external cable, drains, underground, pipes.... this one is usually very busy... many big jobs... biggrin.gif

Put it in a microwave for 5 ~ 10 seconds
That will kill the electronics inside without leaving any signs of physical damage externally

Nope.. I didn't make any request and TM pun not contacting me for any package offer. Right now I'm at tm shah Alam. I'll give any update regarding this. It's so weird the bill jumped up so High cause the last upgrade that I could remember is during the RM 10 offer and it was last year

Don't get anything no Internet. Live chat unifi told me cable problem in my area. Expected recovery today but up till now no Internet and phone dead. Do I need to do anything? Or it will be OK naturally?

if you buddy with the technician, he might just changed it for you without any issues.

i did mine that way, so now i got a spare hypptv box. laugh.gif

Don’t mind if he refuse to change but now there’s also a RM50 fee to pay, so better to have the device confirmed dead.

guys this is my current bill. my assumption as below,

from 15-18 will be the pro-rated date, then 19/04 - 18/05 is the advance month payment in this month bill.

then my next bill for next month will be 19/04 - 18/05 ?

can i pay via the unifi portal? or i have to go any physical store to pay? cause the authorized dealer told me to go physical for first payment.
