Don't get anything no Internet. Live chat unifi told me cable problem in my area. Expected recovery today but up till now no Internet and phone dead. Do I need to do anything? Or it will be OK naturally?

Hi there.. just want to ask, shud i buy router with dual band capability for 50mbps? is it overkill? i wanna replace stock router provided by TM.. any good recommendation? especially easy to setup..

guys this is my current bill. my assumption as below,
from 15-18 will be the pro-rated date, then 19/04 - 18/05 is the advance month payment in this month bill. then my next bill for next month will be 19/04 - 18/05 ? can i pay via the unifi portal? or i have to go any physical store to pay? cause the authorized dealer told me to go physical for first payment. UniFi Advance 15/04/2018 18/04/2018 14.06 UniFi Advance 19/04/2018 18/05/2018 109.00 TOTAL 123.06 HyppTV Jumbo Lite Pack 15/04/2018 18/04/2018 3.87 HyppTV Jumbo Lite Pack 19/04/2018 18/05/2018 30.00 TOTAL 33.87 i have previously cancelled a service then subscribed to a new one with the same address. in unifi portal, i couldnt view the old account number anymore. how do i obtain the cancelled service final bill? |
