ask tmlive just. i am on jumbo lite and received sms upgraded to aneka plus and seems not upgrade yet as few channel as fox hd and fx hd not available yet. They said supposedly upgraded already. and checking account upgraded. seems weird. restart my stb still the same. then they said wait for email to choose package to upgrade like aneka ruby and varnam. WTH.. said upgraded but wait to choose. so Email and SMS said upgraded? 

bcz jumbo lite pack no more, you know that TM system is so...i from Ruby ald upgrade to Ruby Plus Pack,so jumbo lite will need more step to change pack

Yup, TM added Jumbo Lite into my account without my knowledge resulting in me paying for both Jumbo Lite and Ruby packs.
I didn't pay for the jumbo lite charged into my account in the beginning as TM support requested me to wait two months, TM ended up suspending my unifi on second month. So I paid lah 
I was able to request TM for removal of Jumbo Lite and refund of two months after many reports, phone calls and TMPoint visits.....until the next bill cames with "Early Termination Fee" 

Got that 'early termination fee' charges cancelled as well.
Overall, it tooks 4 months to get my bill back to normal.....

Any package I can upgrade for my unifi?  Been paying rm159 for 5 mbps(now 10mbps free upgrade 2 years ago?) And my package includes the hypptv which is the most basic I guess?  Lately steam movie get buffering here and there so annoying so gotta come here ask about better package lol.

Thanks a lot brother, hardly uses the phone so I guess not needed to top up rm20. Btw is there anything that I need to bring along?  Or just myself and my IC lol

Just callled them, they will get back to me asap. I also request for modem/phone/router changes, I choose the renew contract option, since I just switched to 30mbps last week. Hopping for the best

I've been getting jerky and not smooth viewing experience this few days. If they use different bandwidth, how much is allocated for IPTV?

i just chatted with them on live chat and they told me the Unifi Bonanza Campaign has ended on 31st March. Told them why old Platinum pack users don't get the new fox channels in Jumbo pack and told me to call 100 (4) sales department instead

Is it possible to downgrade to Lite then pay extra RM 10 to upgrade to advance plan?

Went to TM yesterday and changed my VIP10 package to the Unifi Advance 30Mbps,  everything was done in half an hour.  Save rm20 per month from now on with 3x the speed!  Thanks very muchie.

The jumbo pack was from his previous package?  Cause mine is the most basic package.. Didn't add any extra channel's  for hypptv

not quite correct; TIME is installing new fibre to each condo unit, at their cost; and now TM also wants to do the same for my condo since they heard TIME is coming in

We both changed to advance 30mbps but he changed a day later cause I told him.. He said he negotiated some free calls or something which I think it's the STD20(actually what is it)?
And he also got one month free premium channels or something. His unifitv pack I think he chose the one with sports channel and I chose ruby pack.

tried live chat few times, tiap2 kali they just pushing me say sales department will contact me cuz only this department are allow to provide promotional information to existing subscriber, but then they never call. Even dial to 100 get the same.

Went to tmpoint @ melawati last Sat, then they told me only pandan or titiwangsa branch can do up/downgrade for existing subscriber. Then I went to titiwangsa branch on Monday, they just straight told me 30mbps@RM139 only for new subscriber, existing VIP10 need to pay extra RM10 (final bill RM159) to get 30mbps package. don't even bother to talk to me as if i'm die-die have to accept their offer.

I guess no choice but have to terminate and re-apply, the agent out there still offering 30mbps@RM139 (w/ rebate?) right? And what's the best for bang package right now ah

old subscribers , they removed alot channels like Syfy HD and others but don't even compensate on giving back some of their new channels but still paying full price

mine modem punya power adapter kong, then dir615 (yeah...) kong, and the cordless phone also half-kong.
don't mind 24m contract if they replace/give new hardware.

Just received a call from Unifi today asking if I want to "upgrade"

I believe the offer is RM219 for 100mbps, free 600 minute call bundling, and something about 40 channel Unifi TV (might heard wrong, didnt ask much cause I no use UnifTV since using Netflix), No Contract. Will bundle a new Router (But I already got Archer C7 LOL)

Currently I'm on RM179 (50mbps) + STD 20 = RM199

So kinda need to top up roughly RM20.

Not sure want to take offer or not LOL.

I have a really newbie question;

Is it recommended to leave unifi appliances powered on 24/7 ?

Or is there a downside, if I constantly plugged off all the unifi appliances everytime I goes to work?

thinking to downgrade to 30mbps from 50mbps. need to reduce monthly expenses.

is it possible? do they need to come to our house and take back all equipment and re-install a new one?

Yeah, unfortunately, my contract only ended early this year. So now only can reapply if cannot get discount from TM Point. I work at Mid Valley, so I can go to the TM Point there everyday until the supervisor gets bored of my face.

i received a RM10 speed upgrade via email.
current package , RM139 for 30Mbps+Aneka plus before gst
so i went to tm point cyberjaya this morning and did the upgrade,
now, RM149 for 50Mbps+Aneka plus+ Voice STD20 before gst
try to get Ultimate pack included but the cs said no, she just throw in STD20 instead.
