I was paying RM249 before. and I am going to pay RM249 after. But I am expecting to pay only RM209 after, since the HyppTV package is now cheaper.

Yes, some others are paying less. All sorts of variation of prices nowadays.

At the very least, look at the current promo for comparison with yours. RM199 for 50M with the add-ons included. So its RM50 per month less than your RM249. Not sure if you're under contract. See if its suitable to switch. Or re-apply. Even with old termination fees, it may still save you some.

I am under the contract for Thank You Surprise Campaign last year, contract until mid next month. I am paying RM199 (50mbps upgraded to 100mbps foc) + 30 (ruby pack).

I contacted CS to ask to terminate the hypptv since I'm not using it at all, but was informed I can't terminate hypptv only, it is bundled with the unifi package. I can't terminate it even after my contract period because it is bundled.

Any ideas on how to work around this bundled package thing?

to be exact, it is RM20 cheaper, since it comes with one of those subpack, not the Jumbo/Ultimate pack. Anyway I am going to wait for my next month bill to come, and will raise hell if my RM70 discount is permanently reduced to RM30.

Actually, the RM199 50M is Advance Plus plan. It includes Ultimate pack and STD20. Check the terms and conditions,

Not sure if you have STD20. So its at least RM50 cheaper then RM249. You should find out more details from them and see what you can do about it.

Long time I didnt touch my hypptv and found that I can view all channels now.

Matter is because it is up to 2 years contract already, I am planning to downgrade to 10mbps or option for maxis OneHome 10mbps, save half of my money since i no longer a heavy user for internet.

What i heard is tmnut nvr let downgrade or with penalty. Even if i terminate their service, how long is the cold down period to reapply?
