So it seems that the Curve’s outlet is purposely misleading people to think they’re phone cannot be serviced.
Will be sending an email to Apple once I’ve collected and verified that the phone is in good working order.
Doesn’t seem to be a company issue. Most likely the branch manager? Probably get an increase in “sales”. Looking forward to hear their response.
