I checked with Machines MV. They need a week cause too many customers coming in to change at discounted price. Maybe after a couple of months will slow down and be faster. I might change my iPx battery end 2018 haha. They said can change also for the same price.

Continuing my experience,
After the counter staff gave a physical inspection on my iPhone 6 for water damage and any other signs of damages as mentioned earlier, he duly accepted my phone together with an advanced payment of RM129.
Lastly, he also mentioned in the event of hardware failure during a diagnostic test my phone will not be eligible for the battery replacement program and RM100.00 will be deducted and only the balance of RM29 will be refunded to me.
I duly complied with their T&C because I know my phone is in normal working condition.
A few hours later, I received a call from the technician and he informed me that my phone has failed the diagnostic test (mic failure) and they cannot proceed with the battery replacement program unless I authorize them to repair the mic. According to him, the mic is housed in the display as one unit and that it cost RM795.00 to replace (entire display unit). So it now comes down to either I repair the display at 795 or they will not replace the battery and to add salt to the wound (or to kick the already wounded dog lying on the floor), they will only refund to me 29.00, the 100.00 be diagnostic fee.
Are you guys angry yet about this?
I contact Apple Support and those guys are really helpful.
To cut story short, a few days later the technician called and email to me that they’re willing to proceed with the battery replacement but there’s no warranty on the new battery and that if anything happened after the replacement they’ll not be held responsible.
So I email back with two options.
1. Replace the battery with standard Apple warranty or
2. Cancel the battery replacement and give me full refund.

My logic is why pay and take a 50% chance on a new battery (without warranty) when I can live comfortably with 100% functioning phone on an 80% (presumably) battery.
Case is still pending ...

I received another email from CG and this time they will honor the 60 days parts warranty but there’s another sleazy condition..

Updated to the latest iOS, but IPhone 6 seemed to unable to get LTE anymore. Only 4G . Anyone have this problem? Was having LTE previously before update, but after update, never have LTE anymore...

If your iPhone has been opened by outside shops, sometimes they won't want to touch your phone even you pay full price for the repairs.
They are worried that outside shops spoilt something and after you send in to Apple for repairs, you blame them for spoiling their phone.

Worry that when go to change battery in December, they say "no more stock", have to wait until January 2019. Then regret didn't get it changed earlier.

waitaminute - does the replacement program applicable for iPhone 7 onwards as well ? I always thought it is for 6 and 6S.

Just replaced my battery when 86%.
RM121 no tax.
No need format, no need remove screen protector(But broken after replace hahahaha).
Done within 2hrs.

If the tempered glass just cover your phone screen, is there any reason to remove it?
