I called up Apple and they will honour the warranty as i told them i am oversea with flight ticket to proof.

Also do you know if Machines won't replace the battery on my another unit when it is still under warranty? They ask me to wait for the warranty to expire next week. They say if i insist to submit, they will send it to Apple and need 7 days. Apple does not usually change battery for me since the health went back up to 95% after reset. If Apple found anything wrong, they will replace a new unit which i think is refurbish. But he claimed its new.

I have made an appointment with IT World , PJ . Drop off the phone on Tuesday and collect back on Wednesday.

yes this is how they reply to me.. better wait until warranty expire. my unit already stucked for 2 weeks still now news..

Yeah, apparently that is the case. Might as well wait for the warranty to expire next week. But good to know they will fix the iPhone X with broken Face ID camera under warranty

If were to bring after expiry of warranty, like my another ipX, they will say expired warranty, must pay to fix these faceid issue before allow to change battery.

i insist them to change the battery for me, after they done changing, they say there is another hardware issue, must send back to apple to repair, sooo i am still waiting for the so called new phone replacement from switch

In my opinion, you should. Battery is generally considered not fit for purpose once its health is 80% or less (normally 2 years of standard usage).

If you are planning to change phone soon (say in 6 months time), might as well just dont bother to change the battery, but to sell it off later

If you are planning to use your phone for another year or two, or maybe even if you plan to keep this phone, better change the battery now for discounted rm121 only what

Machines also told me it’s new. But I doubt it. Maybe casing is new but the inner hardwares is usually refurbish.

my iP6s+ still under warranty till 16th this month. so better to wait until warranty expired then only send in for battery replacement? need pay for replacement when still under warranty?

You don't have to make appointment on weekdays, can just walk in.
