The lowest i can get is 4.77 . After 2 GS matched n i lecture 2 multi drop off passenger

This afternoon picked up riders - old auntie, old uncle and a cute maid at seksyen 1 to UM hospital... less than 5km trip for RM9 fare but ended up it took 40mins. It was so jam heading to the hospital from jalan gasing. The old uncle all along the way kept mumbling... cham ah cham ah... sei lor sei lor... The wife quickly said the old uncle was having depression and going hospital to take medicine. At the traffic light junction, the uncle opened the door wanted to go down some more... luckily the car was not moving and the wife stopped him. When reached the drop off point, the wife said forgot to bring out wallet and had to ask the maid to pay first. The maid gave RM1 tips saying for the jam

I didn't talk much with my riders last week.

I only talk when I feel like talking, and 96% thought I deserved 5*.

Maybe I should follow one of Rihanna's songs: Shut Up and Drive 😂

I must say, I do drive like an uncle though, smooth and steady.

Did u just started grab? I was a low 4.6+ first week of grabbing. Then I hentam all trips 100% AR 0%cr. Slowly but surely DR went up. Unless u met some cbk, usually rider will rate u 5 🌟. Or ur a jackass then can't help lol

Yup, guess its my third week, second week I already opt-in to grab ambassador HG.

Never mind I just need keep driving, hope next week rating will be a plus.

Me too....wont talk to customer unless they initiate conversation,especially female riders.stewardess is exception....hehe

Just keep at it. Only 3rd week.

Rating is averaged for last 100 rides. So since u r new, maybe one or two 4-star rating also impact a lot.

It all depends on the number of feedback received.

For the time being, just aim fares.

Just ensure 30% weekly ar.

Once u are back up to 4.70, then do hg again (from that day onwards).

I will give up the idea of providing candy to the riders
some throw wrapping paper onto car mats +
I always forget to take them out when no driving...probably no a good idea to eat after keeping the candy in the car after sometimes that often park under the hots sun.

If me I never give candy. I eat candy alone. Know why? Cannot pamper customer. Like you said they simply leave rubbish. One time got one throw RM0.20 bread on backseat floor mat. I saw it and asked customer pick it up. The reaction from customer like "kantoi" and sure not happy kena caught red-handed. So downrated from that booking, but IDGAF! 💀🔫

You guys allow your riders to eat in your car? I always tell them not to if I see them take out something want to eat. So far all understanding when I said I don't want cockroaches in my car. The only exception I make is baby feeding . That one have to give in .

Felt daring today so had a roll of the dice ..

Got a KLIA job at bout 10+am... since I'm still flexi thought go lah...

on dropping off headed to landslide queue up though i already tested before and concurred with others its a 3hr wait. but i wanted to chill, ... and car badly needed washing, and like i said, wanted to roll the dice...

So i arrive at landslide and got the first pic

Ok... so headed to car wash, ate lunch, came out car not done, waited bit more, drizzled abit, car done, found a parking, drizzled sumore, chill in car then finally got the second pic. Ngam ngam 3 hours.

Took a fag to get ready and walah... got the third pic.

I must say, i was preparing my mind for a Seremban or a Sekinchan drop off but was hoping to get a trip back to KL...

I guess i rolled a 1..?
