About the latest super high referral fees, I see it mainly to rewards existing driver,, not because they really struggle shortage of driver.

I don't think uber can get the market piece in short while, very simple, as a driver, I don't see any reason for me back to Uber. This is supply and demand game, have to put effort on both side. Is Uber ready start the price war? I truly doubt it.
