Certain places like office building and shopping mall are not allow to stop for long, polis bantuan or security guard will chase driver away due to obstructing traffic.

It could be miscommunication for both parties. I hope u understand driver's side as well before u complaining. And why u didn't order when u are ready at lobby?

Drivers lose out petrol and time, imagine one day 10 people wasting average 2-3min waiting on them, that driver could have easily earn extra RM10-20 from that time. We don't earn from cancellation unlike Uber.

I absolutely understand drivers' time is money. In all my bookings, I have never once needed any driver to wait for me for more than 1 minute. I understand security guards will chase everyone away unless they see a luxury car, therefore I always do my booking at the lobby.

Wait 8 mins almost want to cancel after give 2 min warning when 5 min waiting time pass. The guy called and said will pay extra . I thought he meant he will pay rm 50. Yup... they take only 5%. But i think proper way is they deduct 25% first then credit back 20% if you fulfill their requirements.

But you have to take notice the day and time which is eligible for cashback incentive.

Haha i cancelled 1 rider after he call me 2 wait bcuz he no show after 6 minutes while i already call him 3x with no pick up...then i report CS just 2 cover my butt in case he report me 4 simply cancel booking...its GRABPAY rider...so memang must jaga jaga...then few hours later,,,that fellow call me back pulak but i refuse 2 pick up...must be dah terasa after kena warning kot😅😂👍👊moral of the story is if rider got your number and you cancel their booking with right reason,,,dont pick up...confirm kena harassment...some peiple just dont know how 2 woozaa😥😥😥😥
