Bro, better count on your own rather than depend on their crap system. Very simple math only, every 4 completed+cancel job can ignore 1

That's why I don't accept airport trip for long time, as I can recall my last airport job was almost 7 months back..
And pickup location was at USJ, it shorter distance and worth it.

Now got no more reason to airport cos cyberjaya driver more than pax..Haha..

Bro, I think you don't get the interface means, the figure at homescreen is for weekly, for flexi driver view

, if you're on hourly incentive, refer the incentive tab figure, but you can refer the homescreen one only Monday, cos is just reset , Tuesday onward refer inside the tab.

My top records ignored 3 airport trip in a day.. haha..

Yup, nothing to do with car type, my rating 4.99 2days ago, now 4.93, because I feel don't want to talk to them these 2 days.. haha..I found out being friendly is the key to get 5star

Sometimes too many sand on my carpet, apologize to pax when they enter the car, just tell them sorry, was a, busy day, no time to clean and will going to wash later..Blah Blah Blah..

Most of them understand la..Most of the taxi even worst than our car..Unless very unlucky day fetch a princess.. short ride nia

Believe it or not, I never asked pax to rate me . I've completed few thousands job..Never.. just relax and be friendly...

So many driver fellas here still complaining the live AR issue, again..If the interface doesn't help you, just use your own way to do that, and plenty of idea posted here, please read the thread.

Grab may or may not purposely give you the hard time, but remember this Grab still the boss, they set the rules, you follow, sadly see they already monopoly the market, which is bad to driver.

Here some my opinion, since the HG implemented, first week I really pissed off, about the daily AR, interface issue, not update.. etc.. but then hey, grab doesn't owe me anything, so, just have to tune my own mindset to suit the new rules.. well I came up with this.on the second week.
Morning n afternoon time, I will accept all the job (except KLIA )to save the bullet, evening I will have the bullet to play the ignore job. I found it not bad at all.

And most important, you got your mind in peace, relax and flexible were the best of this job isn't it?

If you think the new HG really makes you get hot and temper, and you don't want to changed your mindset, I would suggest you better stop driving.

Again, grab is a multi billions company and I don't think they will cheating your incentive, and remember, this is a business. Boss always the bad one..

Oh ya, about the 3-5km to pickup location, I think because the nearest driver playing with flexi, so the just ignored the short trip request and it came to you, I always call the pax to inform my arriving time to make sure they didn't cancel the trip..A call would help you to avoid wasting your petrol, why not?

For the Interface AR issue, if you have better suggestions, please email them, thru the official way..Not here..

Again, I don't care what color they are.. no offense, but as grab driver, we got to know our role, don't devide them by the color or nationality, and these BangLx, ma phren, always pay cash..Yeah sometimes they have many request during the ride, and smelly..
but they are customer also, we are in servicing industry..Have to compromise

Many driver didn't noticed what grab recently did are filtering the driver, hardest day is yet to come.

I think better put it this way, whenever grab implement or changed the rules is like other companies set the new KPI for their staff. If anyone couldn't take it just quit and get other job.
