I throw into dustbin for this one, just to comfort driver lah. Anyway lately didn't encounter much Grabshare job, got also no matching or customer cancel when there is matching. Passenger just cancel as they like knowing Grab will not take action of it
Passenger cancellation also counted in, this is why monkeyboy sifu got ban because of it.

Imagine b2b keep flooding and keep cancel, confirm kena one, how to avoid if the passenger not willing to wait?

Some more that stupid Grab apps always show wrong timing of ETA, their app show 5min but driver need 15min, how to trust that apps for passenger side?

Driver rating I already given up on that shit. according to grab the rating is base on each 100 ride rated. The my rate this week go down twice then up once and I only did like 36 rides. If Campur2 last week total ride and the week before also Baru 130 rides. How come can go up down like yoyo ?

how many pings you can continuously ignore? Will you be suspended if you continuously ignore the pings until you get the one that you want?

From 10pm -2am, I got picked up riders from Sri Petaling LRT, IMU, Awan Besar LRT and Bukit Jalil LRT (they opened Jln Merah Cegar after 12am).  I passed by the GRab pickup point multiple times, no ping. Seems customers ignorant or don't want to walk to the PU point. Too many drivers also, waited at the Restoran Al Barakath place they told us to wait, got ten other cars waiting.....

Seems safer to assume no $20 bonus for pickups anywhere other then the official PU point, although I hope Grab can relax this condition, after all I kept getting notifications of "fares higher 2.5x in Bukit JAlil! Get $20 bonus for pickups there!".

haha, I got conned/played by grab, after gave up on waiting/camping at Bkt Jalil, sent rider from Awan Besar LRT to Old Klang Road. Did a few jobs in Pantai Dalam, then got tempted to GO BACK to bkt jalil at 1am due to that annoying "2.5x surge message"! Also saw super red in Bkt Jalil.

Reached there,saw a tonne of cars on Jln Barat, picked up one LRT trip....called it a night after that.

got a 1 star from a rider who request a free ride of 2km to his house after dropping his gf in uni hostel...of coz i denied, ask him to either request again in app or i charge him based on the fare in the app(which was rm6 but i only collected rm5)

call cs and say wan investigate...24 hours gone no action taken

Grab will never have an effective passenger rating system until they can get proper registration ID from their passengers...the problem is.. 30-40% of our customers have no proper papers/ID.....

Uber man, how you deal with 3rd party bookings in Uber? is it common for riders do that in Uber with the passenger rating system?

As i expected Uber is fighting back, after the billboard set up at Klang Valley and i expect more to come soon. Give grab a good fight so that they appreciate driver more

Bro, D-segment in itself is compact executive. Like BMW 3 series, Mercedes C class, Accord and Camry.

Civic is C-segment, means it falls under normal grabcar. In that case is not worth it. The parts replacement also way more expensive than Vios and City. But then nothing beats Axia here.
