yeah, i am a new grabcar driver (just started 2 weeks ago). 46 trips in 14 hours seems high (3 trips per hour).
i accepted all requests (only missed 1 or 2 request) and only cancelled 1 time. AR is > 95%, CR = 1.xx %, and DR is 4.97.

I not sure I am doing it right or wrong. I am still learning.

Hi Guys, newbie here, just started Grab, confuse about incentive paid out, i asked grab they give me a formula to count on it, still im confuse. This is the formula used to calculate the incentive pay out:

(Available online time / 60 mins x Guarantee fare) – (total gross fare ) x 80%

the total gross fare is the fare i collected within an hour?
available online time is the time im driving or the time im pickup passenger?
why times 80%?
appreciate if someone could provide example on this. many thanks.

i see, which means every hour have different incentive?
what if the gross profit higher than the rate, no incentive right? e.g RM57 - RM60 = -RM3.

gang, one more not so noob question, about the " be online more to maximize prorated earinings" what does it means? i need to go online full day to get the full incentive even? thanks.

I installed grab in my phone and uber in my car android device. So far still doing GA for 3 weeks in a row.

If one of readers here is Grab staff, then I kena laa.

As part timer driving after working hours, i think i might switch to flexi on weekdays and incentive on weekend already.

It is harder for part timer to play insentive daily after this.
Imagine just want to take 3 blocks. Example 3 trips per blocks. Total 9 trips.
So can cancel how many trips?
And can ignore how many ping to still qualify for incentive?

Taylor's lakeside campus indeed a dangerous place to be... if you are lucky, you would definitely get a ping from the same area. If not you would certainly get a ping from the other side. It happened to me b4, 3 pings in a roll and all from puchong... zefer hill residence, sri anggerik and taman tenanga... all going ioi mall. I had to swipe unavailable after the 3rd ping.

You play reject to last bullet, very risky. With current situation, better conservative, play reject to last two bullets incase you forgot about one ignored ping.

requirements is 30% AR weekly. not 30% AR daily.
so the trick is now:
1. opt in Insentif
2. some days do flexi. AR can be as bottom as you want.
3. some days do incentive. daily AR 80%.
4. end of the week AR weekly must be 30%.

That's all.

11 hours driving.
completed 33 jobs. Average 3 job per hour. So so result.

Today ping very slow... some cb riser no show force me cancel. Waste time.
I notice if continuous work can sustain long then have rest in middle.

Most fun Friday to drive ever....traffic ALMOST like a public holiday, but demand almost as strong from the commuters and Friday night partiers.

EVery UP/MP block 3-4 rides, also today break my record for fastest round trip to KL Pavi.... pickup from S13 Jaya at 1143pm..drop off 12pm, pickup there again B2b, drop off S13 12.23pm...less then 45 minute round trip to Golden Triangle on a Friday
