I judge based on their action. Let say i reached location, call up and no pick up, msg also no reply, highly going to be shitty customer.

If they say please wait X mins, i'm walking out, yes give them some time, impossible 5min period also cannot walk out. But at certain shopping malls, i cannot wait for them, no show = straight cancel.

Yes that what i do too... So many situation you helped me explained what I did the same as you. Cannot think so much in an instant so basically got two way communication OK lor can wait or else let them smell the car smoke. 💨

Lol maybe u shud.Prepare some liquors and also try to open and close the door everytime.

On a serious note,dont be down or low as ive had that before.Never knew what i did wrong but my rating went down from 494 to 484 in a space of a few days.Had brilliant conversation and some of them even exchange contact nos but next thing i know my rating went downhill very quickly.This morning from 484 it jumped as high as 493 and as i said i cant really trust they way grab did their rating.

Is it true that GRAB suspend riders account based on IMEI NUMBER? One of my passenger told me that he got suspended and change SIM card also can't use GRAB. Last resorts is to change the whole phone

Do you give red face when app ask for rider feedback? I have a feeling that contributes to lower ratings as well. Last few weeks when I drive keep give green face rating keep up until 4.9. And I still haven't wash my car for last 3 weeks.

Yeah....i notice about this too.my ratings go up when i rate all green,goes down when when i rate some red.

Maybe customer knows we rate red,so they give low rating in retaliation.just my guess

OKU r more efficient than those late langsi riders.. The few times that I picked up OKU riders they were already at PuP waiting for me to arrive, plus they were very friendly too

I never rate red face about riders, but always red face on fare. I think its grab retaliation ,not rider.

OKU 10/10 are friendly, never encounter any lansi to driver and i will fulfill their request because they talk nicely. I don't mind helping them by detour to pharmacy or convenience store

4 hrs is alot of wasted time. Klia is still a screwed up place for natural grabbers like us (without modified app).
I took a grabcar plus (exora) from Klia abt 2 weeks ago and d driver claimed he normally completes abt 4 Klia trips in 8 hours since he has an efficient gelap app. He did not know I'm a grab driver myself.
