I have noticed that ang moh riders who live here and work here NEVER tip... not even rm1. even if fare is like rm9 they will give exact fare (with coins somemore!!) or will expect change from rm10 note. but after getting off car will go spend rm10 plus on their Cappuccino.

ps: above Rider was a 50 something executive level guy who made me wait 5 mins for him to come down.

Gais, I want to ask is this ever happen to any of you.

1- Invisible ping. Hear the sound but booking not come out. After few sec, lock screen, AR drop. need to kayuh 4 to recover. Last Friday kena 3x this shit.

2- Booking freeze after pax cancel. Booking page is there, but when press im here nothing happen. I cancel but not connected and screen freeze. Restart phone and apps, booking disappear and check history, rider already cancel long ago.

this problem really disturb my earning.

1. Happened to me last week to, u can report to Grab but u need to state your location and time when the incident happened. Highly possible job snatch by modded apps.

2. This happen when apps stuck or hang, just restart apps will do, if u can check history meaning rider has cancelled the ride on their side.

im having a really weird problem with my gps.

i started having this problem 2 weeks ago and i thought it was my gps problem which is common for asus zenfone2 models. the pins that connect to the antenna sometimes gets bent and the phone cant get a satelite fix. it can see the satelites but cant get a gps lock.

so i fixed it and it was ok but this is where the weirdness starts.

the gps works only when i dont have the grab driver app open. when i open the app the gps signal will start to deteriorate and then i get the dreaded gps signal lost.....

if you have ever tried doing grab in ampang without a gps map your either from ampang or have a really good memory.

You say to customer not all driver that lenient, I follow the rules ma. Got read the Grab Rider regulations? If not then you not know so much lor. This is a common knowledge sir/madam... 😉

Can add also, say are you old folk or OKU? They need time to get around meh. So I presume you're not lor... 😄
