If it's true then Grab management really childish. Cannot take criticism. Yesterday also I give red face because travel distance 19km but fare RM13 only. DR drop to 4.86.

It's also funneh, drivers here always condemn Millennials. Grab founders are Millennials too.

Try rate red face with fare as issue. See rating affected or not.

Just opted in grab abang sado after much deliberation. Don't forsee myself driving ublur even with the new quest program for Penang.

For HG, is there a min weekly AR that need to be considered? Mine was 76% I think for last week.
Or just need to maintain min 30% like flexi to stay on the platform?

Will get love letter if some of the day the AR does not meet min 80%? Or simply won't be entitled to incentive on that day only?

Then might as well flexi all the way. Hg incentive is good but depends on your pickup strategy whether you want to play fare or incentives

What's the incentives for flexi drivers now? Still the same 10 20 % cashback for 12 20 trips per day?

Yesterday night 9pm++ around Chowkit area accident with motor , i want turn left he vroommm from left side hit my front tyre or bumper , not sure because no obvious damage ...

Once hit i immediately stop , double signal and get down to check him , a young malay guy , ask him want go hospital or not and help him push the motor and i go inside car drive to tepi first ...

His motor looks new , yamaha LC135 , not much damage , just the side scratch and maybe clutch there spoil abit and maybe alignment lari sikit , himself got luka luka at elbow and legs ~

Talk talk nego nego thinking about go balai geh but end up settle tepi gave him my daily earning for that day , RM200 fly liao ~~

I also not sure who right who wrong because i no experience ... Drive for almost 8years le first time happen like this ...
Also I always heard ppl say accident with motor , car driver 100% wrong and will kena summon geh if go balai report ... So at the end gave him RM200 after nego ~

That day I also 1st time accident with motor, RM 150 fly after bring him to clinic. Clinic charge RM 300, but I only willing pay half only. My wife still scold me say why I want to pay half lor because that motor try to elak another fast car and come in front of me. She say I did nothing wrong, he want elak, 1 cents also no need pay lor. But humanity and kesian also, pay half also kena diao.

Such a big mistake ping from bangsar south to midvalley when I was on the other side near UM.

Fuhh the jam there was unbearable at lunch time and that just ruined my whole mood. Pings to kl and then lari to Setapak then back to pudu.
