Hello all sifus, I'm a newbie uncle grabby here.
Before driving gelap I thought it would be quite straightforward, but wow how wrong was I  From crappy riders to pening drivers app and above 10km pings, the list goes on n on. Heehee this gelap this is good exercise for my old weak heart  |

Completed 4 promo trips today but Cash Wallet only captured 2 jobs. Job history indicates all 4 jobs. Reported to Grab CS via drivers app but no response yet. Is this normal?

These 2 days my phone gps signal keeps getting lost, especially during crucial turnings...
 Currently using Lenovo A936 with only 2gb ram and I'm thinking it's time for a new replacement. Any recommendations on a affordable phone with good gps and grab driving that is hopefully below rm1k? |

Drove 2 different maprens today and both paid me in rm100 bill for rm4 rides. In fact I experienced this with maprens several times now.. When I prepared the change for them they looked surprise that I had small notes prepared...

Bad start to the week... Accepted a ping to pick up rider with address near Caltez Jalan pudu.... Arrived at the pin location and called d rider. After speaking for 1-2 mins about unknown described buildings, finally realised the rider was actually not on her dropped pin but nearby Kenanga Wholesale Centre....!
After explaining to her that her pickup location was wrong, she still insisted that I go there. So I cancelled d trip..When I was peeing at Caltez, suddenly a ping came in and I pressed accept in haste. Then the shocker came, it was the same rider asking for pickup in the same wrong location! Pressed cancel again... Aiyah now my CR has gone up to 33% |

Started using my new phone yesterday morning and by evening right before 4pm I received an email from Gelap stating my phone is susoected of being modified or rooted. Its a stock original Lenovo p2. So I ran the root checker sw and results came out negative plus the new imei has been updated in the drivers sw. Called up CS to help rectify this. Really scratching my head.
