last friday night..i saja2 check my wallet..
suddenly got -ve rm33.. so shock..what happen to my money
check history..got 1 refund rm65 to grab..WTF
ok call CS..
CS said..this refund because i complete job..and not sending rider to airport
this 2 month later punya booking..then i said..how come like that...
i already complete nice this job..send to rider to airport..
then how come u said i not complete the job..
then the CS check again..
he said..ohh this customer..got 2 booking in same time..and this 2 booking is to me..
wahh..can meh like that...
that why rider call grab and ask for refund..
then i said..how come can a driver got 2 booking in same time?
i remember this rider..somekind of mau tipu punya style
sudah la gi airport mau naik 5 org..i pickup..and i ask him to pay extra rm40 cash for extra ppl..
at least he save rm5 for 6s order..he agreed..
now my case is pending..grab is checking..
but now its true..grab only listen to rider only...
never checking properly...

I use app report that I never received any earnings statements. They told me to email to relevant department. Cannot be a 5 star support staff and forward my message to the relevant department meh?
So I email the relevant department. I said, I drive for more than 2 weeks already, didn't receive any statements. They send to me 1 statement.
I ask where's the other statement? They said they checking technical department why I didn't receive statements? Oh.. Then can email my statement first ka while technical dept check what's wrong? They said cannot, need to resolve the technical issue first.. Wth, Grab don't keep backups of drivers' statements ka?
Ask them take how long to fix the issue? No reply.
