I thought don't have one? Just take the 30mbps one and add like RM50 if not wrong.

Previously when it launched Advance and Pro plans, there were 30Mbps, 50Mbps and 100Mbps.
Now seems like don't have anymore. Those with 50Mbps had theirs free upgraded from 30Mbps.

Bro ofc restart many times any. Tm agent also reset connections on their side, now waiting for technician check

yeah, the promo for 179 for 30mbps is only feb, but the free speed upgrade extend till october.

That is really sad. I had my 30mbps upgraded to 50mbps. It is better if they remove 30mbps and make 50mbps at RM199. But life is not fair haha. $$$

Just lodged report with TM. I'm getting only 10Mbps, 10% of my package speed..

my case is speedtest can get 80-90mbps download speed, but in actual when i download from youtube i only get 1 - 4mbps( which really annoying) becoz i use telco like digi/maxis/celcom line can easily get 50mbps above download speed.

So any unifi Pro 100 subscribers able to get lower than RM299 monthly fee?

so if last time vip 5MB free upgrade to 10MB, isit possible to get the free upgrade to 30MB?

for the past few days I am sure there was problem with the unifi. occasionally disconnections when browsing the web etc, slow http download.

only till yesterday it was back to normal.
