Just to check, anyone here successfully downgraded from 30mbps to 10mbps (RM129.00) without paying any penalty ?

Just got my free upgrade from 30mbps to 50mbps for RM169.00
Now waiting for Oct 2017 budget. Hope can get 50% price lol |
