The problem with this is. Your phone might not connect to the strongest signal.

So manually toggle connect.
Other ap solution can setup the host to disconnect clients if the signal drops below a level.

Wireless is too lousy a connection. Definitely worth it to run cables for access point.
Wireless signal don't cut thru brick and concrete that well.

2.4ghz still can pass thru ~4 walls.

5ghz is not capable of passing thru any wall...

Since C7 dont have build in repeater/range extender mode, you will need LAN cable access from ur 1st floor to ur 2nd floor and use the instruction by skywardsword  to set up the 2nd router. Since access point is the most stable options. Otherwise, spend more money on repeater/homeplug/powerline. You can have that connect ur C7 wirelessly.

Your best choice is Singapore server. Malaysia server generally has low bandwidth due to the pricing of bandwidth here.

I have experiment with many providers but my best is still IPVanish. However none of the VPN can beat full speed of UniFi P2P.
You can try Hong Kong too. They allow P2P and the speed is more or less the same as Singapore's.

When comes to VPN the limiting factor is not your download speed, but rather the server's performance, maintenance and their network speed. If you want the best you should consider setting up over Linode as their upload speed is 1GB/s.

obviously...I think you misunderstood bandwidth vs latency. What you have increased is bandwidth. Surely bandwidth and latency go hand in hand to certain extend to provide better performance, just by increasing BW by X10, does mean you speed goes up by 10X.

In simple analogy, imagine bandwidth is the number of the lane in a highway, if you car can only accelerate to 10kmh, by increasing another 10 lanes, is not gonna make your car go faster.

In ideal connection scenario LTE is faster than 50Mbps. But what he was saying is quite simple. 50MBps is not 'speed' in terms of how fast you're going, it's 'speed' in terms of how much you can get at a time.

Webpages aren't normally very big data wise, so the 'fast' you're thinking about is mostly latency. How long it takes to respond. That one won't change much between a good 1Mbps streamyx connection and a 50Mbps unifi connection.

His analogy of car on highway is accurate. If you have more lanes then your downloads will get faster (can use multiple trucks at the same time) but the speed of your individual car won't change much.

did you change your DNS server in your router ?    by default TM block throttle file sharing/P2P port.
