Yes, provided the area has UniFi. I have relocated mine twice.

You have to walk-in to the nearest TM Point and filling in relocation form. The staff will guide you from there, you will need to pick any of the available installation dates. Suggest to do this only two weeks before relocation, if too early, those dates may not be available yet.
Bring all your stuff to the new place and enjoy.

in 2015 when 30mbps started TM called up for upgrade..   

Now I need to call them to ask for 50mbps upgrade?

DL 31mbps UL 10.32mbps..

Does the speed affect my free upgrade? Sorry noob question..
