TM now poor sangat ke? I think my router got Hardware issue and 2.4Ghz sometime disappear but no problem with 5Ghz. Tried to reset and update the router (TP-Link) firmware and still cannot.
Contact TM and they said still under warranty and need to pay RM53 when technician visit your home. I told them now is hardware issue and still under warranty and they said 'memang ada charge'. If out of warranty, then the charge will become 200+.
I said better I visit TM Point instead of pay the RM53. But they said cannot?? WTF?

RM179 for 30mbps and after that free upgrade to 50mbps. Saw many people here upgraded to 100mbps for just add on RM10.
Tried to request via Livechat and been rejected. After that give low rating and TM call and ask why give them low rating. I said their staff not helpful at all.
Then, 4 Jan,2018 tried to call 100 again. They offer me!!! After listen to all TnC bla bla bla then agree. Before that my plan dont have free call STD 20. But after upgrade got free call already...hahaha (Actually all my family members mobile phone now Unlimited call already)
Next day, 05 Jan,2018 around 5pm received SMS from TM ask me off the modem for 10mins. But Special Discount RM50 missing. Contact LiveChat and log a report.
Hopefully get the special discount asap.
