Maybe you should consider dumping that router now.

What if some sick pedo hacks into your router and use your IP address to conduct his "interest"?
Later interpol gonna storm your house and handcuff you. innocent.gif

I just helped my friend to register an account, her code came on time at the second attempt. She is using Celcom.

Yesterday I registered for my own account and code came on time during the first attempt. I'm using Digi.

For service ID, I had the same issue too for my friend. I tried with xxx@unifi and it works.
I don't think I put @unifi yesterday and it was OK for me. Not sure if I remember wrongly or Dejavu. hmm.gif

But by adding @unifi today it works.

I am all in for pure WiFi usage and never have issue with it but I am using my own router - Huawei WS-880.
The stock router doesn't have good wireless coverage, before I bought this router, I used other router as AP and coverage issue was also solved this way.

ok thanks.

Hi guys, I am signing up for 30mbps Unifi. Before I get my installation I wanna ask if the free router from TM comes with the functionality to control traffic/set speed limit for individual devices?

If you get the DIR-850L, you can set priority for individual devices. Low, medium, high, Not sure if it actually does anything though.
If TPLink C1200v1, no.
If TPLink C5v2, you can set rate limit for a SSID.

There may be more features but that's all I recall.

If you need absolute control over speed limits for devices, a cheap option would be a Mikrotik router.
