Anyone else getting Internet Status = Poor Network?

Everytime reboot, I will get Poor Network and then after a few hours it will go Green.

That is caused by IPv6 being enabled.
Speaking of IPv6, you still haven't got it working on client devices?

Bonanza = you are getting RM189 for two years only. Then the price will revert back to RM263.94 per month (GST inclusive)
Thank you Surprise + RYE = you are getting RM189 permanantly.

TM informed me otherwise, saying its the same. Did u clarify with them before? So confusing

I clarified with TM on ThankYouSurprise discount and speed upgrade having perpetual discount.

Meanwhile* Bonanza term and conditions (if you have the brochure) explicitly mentions the promo price is valid for 24months only.
Not to mention https://www.tm.com.my/tmpointopenday/Pages/...u%20package.pdf
Section 9, 10 and 18.

I think I know the problem. If I On/Off the router or click Reboot (Top Right), I don't have any IPv6 problem.

However, If I Disconnect, and Re-Connect the connection, I will have IPv6 problem.

Right now, I'm testing the latest f/w from Australia or India, (they are the same, per hash of the zip file I downloaded from both sites).
I think the beta f/w is based off this vers. and it looks like it has the same IPv6 problems...

I see, this is expected.
Because after you disconnect/reconnect at Network, Internet section, you have to do the same at IPV6 section.

After that, wait for the router to advertise its new ipv6 route, around 5 - 10 minutes.

When I disconnect from the IPv6 page. The IPv4 will automatically be disconnected on the Network-Internet page.
That is what the "PPPoE same session with IPv4 connection is for"...

Nope, there is no way to remove hypptv.
I was complaining on why my unifi account is showing Ruby and Jumbo Lite subscription after free speed upgrade. The jumbo lite package was added without my knowledge. doh.gif

Try to disconnect from IPV6 page instead of Network,Internet.
Something is wrong with the IPv6 route with you disconnect and reconnect at Network,Internet. hmm.gif

With the beta firmware, after heavy torrent session for 50 hours ......it auto-reboot itself shocking.gif
At least it doesn't quickly random reboot with a lot of torrent connections

Considering total connection is between 180 - 600 and most of time, the router cpu runs at 90 - 100%.....I am okay with it. sad.gif
Better than random reboot every few minutes or few hours with previous firmware whenever I start torrent session.

I am tempted to change transmit power to high so the devices further will get full bar wifi signal instead of 3 to 4 bars

Advice?

Just change it to high, your device is already allowed its maximum limit anyway.

LOL
For hardcore torrenting better get an enterprise-grade router.

I disable NAT boost in Archer c1200. Just found out that my old laptop has only 100mbps LAN , not gigabyte. No difference in ethernet speed with it enabled/disabled.

CPU usage seems to hover around 40-50% after disabling NAT boost. When enabled, it was about 60-70%.

So far day 3 using Archer c1200. My review so far

The things I like
1. 5G wifi connection - significant boost to newer device
2. seems more stable to handle more clients
3. wifi signal is much stronger

The things i don't like
1. Extremely long boot up time - 3 mins !!!
2. Cannot view real-time CPU/ RAM usage

Disabling NAT Boost will increase CPU usage, no?

Technically, NAT Boost reduces CPU usage.
