RM179 for 30mbps and after that free upgrade to 50mbps. Saw many people here upgraded to 100mbps for just add on RM10.

Tried to request via Livechat and been rejected. After that give low rating and TM call and ask why give them low rating. I said their staff not helpful at all.

Then, 4 Jan,2018 tried to call 100 again. They offer me!!! After listen to all TnC bla bla bla then agree. Before that my plan dont have free call STD 20. But after upgrade got free call already...hahaha (Actually all my family members mobile phone now Unlimited call already)

Next day, 05 Jan,2018 around 5pm received SMS from TM ask me off the modem for 10mins. But Special Discount RM50 missing. Contact LiveChat and log a report.

Hopefully get the special discount asap.

TM CS told me my package is RM189 before GST when they offer me upgrade from RM179 to RM189.
But they charged me RM 270.40 inclusive GST and auto debit discount RM2. The bill was paid itself using cc autopay. Just check the bill details when I received SMS from TM being charged RM270.40. sweat.gif confused.gif

Perfect. You can register for a free dlinkddns.com account with your router's serial number. The account is hosted by dyn.com so will work with any router that supports dyn.com/dyndns.org ddns. Most routers do.

Also, if you own any domains, a few registrars offer free ddns using a sub-domain. Routers usually do not support this (Mikrotiks do) so you update it with an app on a computer.

My parent's unifi contract ended recently (Advanced 30Mbps with Ruby for RM189) , anyone know new package offer in this month? Thank you...

We went to TM Point in end of last year to sign-up new contract with Advanced 30Mbps (RM139) in but was told that only valid for new sign-up and not for existing customer.
Their HQ gave instruction that existing customer are not allow to terminate and sign-up this plan. ranting.gif
Also, they mentioned we cannot upgrade to 50Mbps/100Mbps due to infrastructure limitation on high-rise building, 30Mbps is the maximum speed can get. rclxub.gif

Hi, does anybody know if i can get TM to come and lay the unifi fibre optic cable while my house is still doing renovation to avoid hacking the wall again after everything is done?

Bullocks!!!

I have to ask how old are you?

In the worst of the worst case scenario, I'm putting it here in case you cannot / don't know how to handle the situation with those people, just terminate the account. Then go to another TM Point or find an agent and register for a new account.

Then again, in most cases, 30Mbps is the maximum speed for high-rise building for TM's infrastructure.

Many thanks for your analysis and comments (including your late evening coffee). I recalculated the figures and reported the overcharge of RM3.33 to TM. The breakdown in the bill is complicated and confusing. I just pro-rated my charges for the duration of the upgrade as part of my explanation to the TM agent.

If they say not possible... so be it.
I only available on weekend... the only TM Point I can go is in Quill City Mall.
My intention is want to know is there any new plan offer from TM in this month, since my mum prefer to watch TV with hypptv.

FYI only, our JMC already announced TIME in the mid pulling fibre cable to the building (should be ready by end of this month), this definitely best choice if TM cannot offer better deal.
For hypptv? Just need to get Njoi decoder for my mum if we move to TIME.

Yes I agree that is BS... my friend able to get this deal two weeks ago in the same place I went.
I already filed complaint for the unfair plan, will proceed to raise with MCMC if they failed to fulfill our need.
Else... terminate Unifi/HyppTV and take TIME + Njoi instead.
