Does anyone know how to downgrade the firmware for Dlink? I didn't wait for TM for the Dlink 850L fix but applied the upgrade from Dlink Malaysia. Now, I cannot access the internet cry.gif

I reflashed mine back to v2.08TM (because I messed up the upgrade earlier with the retail version).
Then I checked for newer version, no new version. Strange.
So I manually upgraded it with v2.08 'middle' followed by v2.09 (all from TM).
All works ok now, and it shows v2.09TM on the router page.

Not sure if you need to upgrade it with 2.09 again.

I forgot to mention that when I first flashed the router with 2.08TM after messing it up, it still showed the retail v2.10 version. This was instead of 2.08TM although the flashing was successful. So I flashed it one more time with 2.08TM, then the correct version was properly shown as 2.08TM, before I upgraded it to 2.09TM. I don't see any 2.10 version released by TM. The only 2.10 version available is the retail version.

That's strange because the default password should work.
I suggest you to do a hard reset. It will revert to the default password, but you will have to redo your Unifi login/password and your wireless setup, which don't take much time.

I believe Voice Pack 20 = STD20.

STD20 :
First 600 mins of free calls to any national fixed line (TM and non-TM) and any mobile number/OLNOs.
Additional mins (601th minute and beyond) are free for TM fixed line, but chargeable (10cents per minute block) for non-TM fixed line or any mobile number.
The above is on per month basis and will be reset every new month.

Hope I finally nailed this one.

Last evening, I checked the portal for my RM10 upgrade status and didn't get any update.

Today I happened to shut down my router and BTU in the afternoon for a few hours. Then when I got connected just now, I checked the portal again and got this under My Activity:

Order No: 1-XXXXXXXXX PONR
---------------------------------------------

It was created about 50mins ago. I didn't receive any SMS or email update. When I tried SpeedTest, I got 90+ DL before stabilizing back to 50+. Not sure what's going on.

Speedtest has finally stabilized to 100Mbps DL on wifi, 10 minutes after I posted this.
The portal also shows order completed but the Activity time remained the same.

I just received SMS that the order is completed and I have to turn off modem for 10 mins.
I am not sure if I need to do this since I already got that speed.

Strangely, the same thing (me not turning off modem) happened in my previous speed upgrade.

I hope all of you who have requested for upgrade and awaiting upgrade, will finally get your turn.

As for my case, do I still need to disconnect and reconnect the PPPOE?

I should be getting an additional RM50 via a line item called 'Special Promo' or something right?
Does the 'Perpetual' here means my price will remain even after 24 months?
