Can someone show me how does the bill looks like with 100mbps +Mega pack + standard pack +600 minutes free = RM189 before gst.

Also, is Rm189 is the cheapest package for 100 mbps plan above?

I went toTM point Setapak a while ago to change my current 100mbps package from RM243 to RM189 package. Was told that YRE plan no longer exist. I log a case with TM report number yesterday and now I’m gonna Lodge mcmc case report.

Update:
No Point going to TM point to change or ammend your 100 mbps package as YRP 100 package no longer available in their system as it has been secretly taken out based on my experience in checking with TM point Maluri, TM point Wangsa Maju & TM point Setapak today.

Best way is to log a report with TM via phone and log a MCMC case with reference to TM report number.

The was a problem with MCMC site earlier. I had to retype and resubmit my report on 2nd attempt and it was successfully. Report was submitted at 3.57pm and was assigned by MCMC to TM lady at 4.09pm just now. (Quite fast)

Received a call from TM escalation
Officer after my report to SKMM within 2 days. My Case is pending direction from Product owner with regards to 100 mbps RM189 package.

Update: I’m so happy today as I was previously paying RM243 (with gst) for my 100 mbps package preciously and after my mcmc report logged on 26th Dec, just received a call from TM escalation officer that they will reduce my pricing to RM189 (lifetime) as Long as I maintain with TM and add-on jumbo pack + mini pack of my choice which I choose Aneka as per previously and 600 mins for free calls which I already have.

Package has been updated in their system within 5 mins after the call as I received sms from TM stating order is complete. Yahoooooo😎😎😎😎

Not worth it. I was similar case like you and the case was resolved 2 days ago and I was offered 100mbps + jumbo and Aneka pack + 600 mins of monthly calls for rm189 lifetime as Long as I don’t terminate to amend my plan.

According to TM internal,
Today is the last day. Quickly log a report via TM. Customer service and log a mcmc case quickly by today and put the tm report number as reference.

I logged a TM complain ticket and mcmc case as well. They called and ask me what I want and I told them I got it as I wanted 😀

My friend was similar case like you, log mcmc case and Tm call and said they can’t offer rm189 pricing for 100mbps and close to mcmc case. My Friend reopen back the mcmc cAse and argued with all this which is happening and Tm said they can’t bring down the price. Within 24 hours, Tm superior call my Friend and straight away agree. Guess you have to be adamant and keep grilling them

I got the same as you but after arguing with TM and warning them that I won’t consent the MCMC ticket closure, they gave in and offered perpetual discount meaning lifetime as Long as I maintain with TM and don’t amend my package.

I manage to change my router, dect and stb for free last year June for free as I was same boat with you guys. Complain to Tm, live chat Tm point etc etc and it went to deaf years and finally I used Mcmc channel stating that my equipments are 1st gen equipments and Tm has renewed my contracts several times but they refuse to upgrade my equipments and the technician was dispatch to my residence to change all 3 items for free. I collected the router, dect phone and stb. To be honest, only stb is being used and the other items are lying down in my store room still sealed and unused 😀

Given the choice:-

1) Time fibre
2) Unifi
3) Maxis (TM Infra dependent)

My area has no time coverage as mine is landed property else Long time ago I would have said bye bye to TM.
