I lodge my complain at Quill City Mall TM Point after there refuse to change my package.
they call me n arrange this Fri come to change the modem for me after say unable to support the 100Mbps

does anyone willing to share their account number? i called tm they said 189 is for those who are not subscribe to std20 . they said that only 209 will got std 20

Update:
No Point going to TM point to change or ammend your 100 mbps package as YRP 100 package no longer available in their system as it has been secretly taken out based on my experience in checking with TM point Maluri, TM point Wangsa Maju & TM point Setapak today.

Best way is to log a report with TM via phone and log a MCMC case with reference to TM report number.

anyone successfully logged to MCMC? I lodge a complaint to TM they reply me with a long email with no solution offered. Now i am seeking advise from MCMC. After i fill up the form when i tried to submit i get this error: The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator

The was a problem with MCMC site earlier. I had to retype and resubmit my report on 2nd attempt and it was successfully. Report was submitted at 3.57pm and was assigned by MCMC to TM lady at 4.09pm just now. (Quite fast)

guys, any of you on 100mbps encountered speed slow down to 60-70mbps after few days? Each time i re-connect again then the speed back to 110mbps... i torrenting frequently

Will the DSL stats adjusted by itself? I notice there are significant difference in my download/upload rate compare with what I get at first 2 weeks. Is this TM's tactic make customer happy at first using their service then silently adjust to slower speed? vmad.gif

Now I'm getting average of 9.XMbps, never reach more than 10Mbps anymore after they adjusted my rate.

Can I raise a complain for this issue despite the service provided meets their "best effort" policy?

I do not subscribe to STD20 & still pay RM209 for 50Mbps + Jumbo Pack. Went to TM Point Alor Setar 2 times already to change to RM189 package (100Mbps + Jumbo Pack), but unsuccessful. Now complaining to TM by email. If TM still unable to treat me fairly in term of package pricing, i will escalate my complaint to MCMC too...

hi.. to complain to MCMC, do we need to complain to TM 1st? Could we complaint in unifi page by issue a ticket or need by phone? If directly complaint to MCMC cannot?

Need to complain to TM first because you need to quote your TM ticket no. to MCMC.

direct complain to mcmc. dont waste time. i receive call from tm within 3 hours after i made a report at mcmc.

talk with them more than an hour and they agreed to reduce my price to 189 but they will withdraw STD20 from my account. ranting.gif
