i guess i need to direct complain to MCMC, as my case is currently RM219 b4 GST for 50mbs with sport pack n 600 free call, if they request me to add in RM10 to upgrade to 100mbs then i real stupid, currently im out of contract d.

Just now purposely go to QUill city mall TM point, as it is the only TM point open on weekend.

the lady unable to help for my package RM219 50Mbps with sport pack only.
request to open case of complaint. wait n c how

i had called 100 2-3 weeks ago, was not entertained, told not eligible.

this time, the staff was helpful.
he called back when the line was cut.
was told "can"!!

can tell he recorded everything to make it a valid contract.
he read all the terms&conditions and then ask "do you agree, yes or no?"!
i also asked him questions and made sure he answered for the recording.

results:
+rm10
100mbps
600min free calls
jumbo pack (had to give up megapack)
all existing equipment warranty renewed 1 yr
prices and discounts remain same after 24 months.
they will check, if any equipment need to replace, technician will come
7 working days to complete.
given SR no.

so, there u go... my story part 1.

Lodge complain last Sat at Quill City Mall regarding pay RM219 for 50Mbps,
today they close case without even contact me, is time to go to complain to MCMC

Update for my case, Pay RM219 b4 GST for 50Mbps + Sport pack + 600min free Call.
go to TM Point to complain on 6/12/17, they close the case without contact me, lodge report to MCMC on 15/12/17 and now they call me and offer me 100Mbps + Mega n Ruby pack + 600min free call for RM189 monthly for 2 years. Now wait for marketing team to call me to confirm the update.

So for those who pay higher than RM189 please lodge report to TM point then complain to MCMC.

Yes, even they mention it only for 2 years, but as most of ppl here say, no body know 2 years later the speed maybe is 1Gbps, who else need 100Mbps.

I directly told the lady at counter i want to lodge complain, and ask to give me the complain number, cause at that time she say unable to help and i already expect may need to complain to MCMC in order to solve the problem, the lady give me a form to fill in and later that write the report number for me.

Nope, my contract end already. Received the upgrade from 20Mbps to 50Mbps on last day of July but contract not renew.

Update for my case, after yesterday contact by the customer service team due to complain to MCMC for unreasonable price and agree to reduce my monthly RM219 to RM189 with upgrade to 100Mbps, Mega + Ruby Hypptv, 600Min free call for 2 years.

Today marketing team contact me at lunch time, however only offer me to maintain the sport pack but not Mega + Ruby, i insist wan the Mega + Ruby and she mention need to ask top management and contact me later but until now no news d.

For those who pay higher than RM189 for 50Mbps and 100Mbps and which to lodge complain to TM and MCMC better act fast, as told by the person who handles my case, they package only available to process until this week only.

Not really notice the officer name, but at MCMC website show Norhazila who handle my case.
when they disagree to offer me the jumbo pack, then i just told them i will continue to complain to MCMC

i lodge under Unreasonable Charges and mention other people pay RM189 for the package but i pay RM219 for lousy package, and wan TM offer me the same RM189 package.

I lodge my complain at Quill City Mall TM Point after there refuse to change my package.
they call me n arrange this Fri come to change the modem for me after say unable to support the 100Mbps

Finally the contractor come and change the Modem and give me TP-Link C1200,
website there still not yet update with detail, will continue to monitor for the website there
