got this email, will check later once back home, but from unifi portal still 50mbps Tq Campaign
*
I got the same email too, but i just ignored it as i thought this is meant for the 30mbps upgrade to 50mbps (tq campaign).

QUOTE(zwanvedder @ Nov 22 2017, 05:13 PM)
quite cheap compare to early subscribers who need to pay 230-250++ confused.gif
*
Yes, it is cheaper compare to original price, 50mbps i cant even fully utilize now.
Early subscribers can appeal at TM POINT for the same offer price. Just like what we did when 30mbps officially launched at cheaper price.

It seem like upgrading to 100mb from existing Unifi50 (TQ Campaign) is not entitled for everyone, even i have using unifi service 10 years & my contract was expired last 2 months (after 2 years contract for upgrading to Unifi30). Have try both online chat & called 100 to inquiry for that promotion package but the officer don't give a damn fxxk. I think is time to say goodbye to TM unifi.
*
U need walk in to TM POINT, i tried call 100 ask about 50 TQ Campaign to 100mbps but failed.
Then i went to TM POINT and got the upgrade to 100mbps successfully - UniFi Pro 100Mbps - RYE 2017

btfan, vez, and chaos32 reported similar problem.

Thank You for reply.

Hi btfan, vez, chaos32

Did you manage to resolve the issue that speed dropped from 100mbps to lower speed after bit torrent?
I'm facing the similar issue, i'm using Asus AC68U router and frequently BT. If i re-connect to TM then the speed will be back to 105mbps.

I just logged a ticket to TM, they will send Technician over but i wonder what they can do....

just to share my exp...

i think not... likely not about "t"... something else is not right.

i did some heavy "t" yesterday and today, speed stays the same after that, no problem.

it was via ethernet, not wifi.
*
I noticed my speed dropped usually after 1 or 2 days.
May I knw what router are you using? Not sure whether is due to Asus router, or need some specific settings.
Also, have you enabled ipv6? Mine is disabled

Hey man. I am still monitoring it. Due to other reasons, I am unable to maintain the same IP for longer than 5 days. Have you tried turning off your QOS completely? Will update you guys if there's any changes.
*
I think i have no problem to maintain the IP unless i manually re-connect. My QOS in Asus in turned off, only the QoS - WAN/LAN Bandwidth Monitor is on.

Update to my UNIFI 100mbps issue:

TM came to my house and they noticed that i'm using Asus AC68U instead of TPLINK hence they don't know how to check the optimum setting, but they told me if for TPLINK we need to disable "NAT boost", i found for Asus below is that setting:

Attached Image

Also, the technician called their server side department to reset my 100mbps profile, they suspect the profile is not applied properly.

I have been using same IP for almost 48 hours and done almost 150GB BT so far speed still maintain at 110mbps. rclxms.gif
So for those using Asus and having same issue, please check whether you have "NAT Acceleration" enabled.

Thanks for the update as well bro. I also have the same router. Currently the default setting for NAT Acceleration in the Asus is "Auto". Will give this a try.

Is it better to enable NAT Boost? Am on 30M here

According to TM technicians, they said disabled NAT boost, and disabled ipv6 if your speed slow down.
