RM219 for 50Mbps, Sport Pack + 600min Call and out of contract.
after lodge report to MCMC, now they offer RM189 100Mbps + Jumbo & RUby + 600 Min for 2 years

I lodge my report last week. so far no one call me for any offering. how much time u wait to get urs? I'm using same package as u.

I think their billing software system is struggling to handle the creative billing and accounting mess they've created. Promo this, discount that, perpetual this, add and remove that... rclxub.gif.

Unifi bills AFAIK has always been advance payment. When I signed up, got charged for the current month and the next month which include the next billing cycle. After that, it's always advance payment. For instance, from 13/12/2017 to 12/01/2018. Payment due date is 03/01/2018.

Not really notice the officer name, but at MCMC website show Norhazila who handle my case.
when they disagree to offer me the jumbo pack, then i just told them i will continue to complain to MCMC

Hmm. Yours doesn't have Jumbo so it's normal to have only RM 140 discount, I guess.

fruitie I just uploaded my bill. Anything wrong with my bill? Did they overcharged me?

The guy stated why some other users have RM 150 + RM 50 offered is to make sure every customer benefit the RM 189 promotion, but he also mentioned under RYE promotion, the payment will remain the same even the contract is over.

As for others, after 2 year contract is over, they need to pay RM 239 excluded GST. hmm.gif I said why no Jumbo pack, he said we can offer you Jumbo pack (Lite), which I declined.

Well, yours doesn't have Jumbo. So if you want just fight for it, rightfully RYE should come with Jumbo.
I won't bother what others say, two years God knows what will happen.

It didn't overcharge you, RM 189 is your package. RM 159 (Internet) + RM 30 (HyppTV).

I went toTM point Setapak a while ago to change my current 100mbps package from RM243 to RM189 package. Was told that YRE plan no longer exist. I log a case with TM report number yesterday and now I’m gonna Lodge mcmc case report.
