I opted for FOC free upgrade to 50Mbps. I dont mind to be reverted back to 30Mbps to get the 50% off in subscription fee..because 50Mbps already overkill for me...

Recommended both plugged on wall power socket..else you might loss some uplink/downlink speed. If you have only one available wall power socket, then have to buy a powerline kit with power passthrough socket on both side like THIS

Those who got the Thank You Surprise can add RM10 to get the extra kick from 50 to 100Mbps..easy decision i believe, but..there is a but.....

This so called RM10 upgrade is valid for 24 month only. After that, normal price will be applied. For us who upgrade from the Thank You Surprise package (let say 30Mbps to 50Mbps) will not be able to revert back to the same package anymore (no more RM179 for 50Mbps). So i decided to stay with my current 50Mbps TYS package

When i asked the TM Point personel at the counter yesterday, she said that after 24 months..the price will change from RM179+RM10 (100Mbps) to whatever price at that moment (for that same speed 100Mbps). I just hope that in 2 years time, TM will offer a better package say RM179 for 100Mbps or RM229 for 200Mbps so that i would not regret to take this RM10 upgrade 2 years later rolleyes.gif . But that's just a hope for now..no one knows what will they offer in 2 years time. Anyway, this RM10 upgrade is so tempting lor..feels like worth to gamble taking it & hope the best in 2 years time

I think i have to go back to TM Point & grab this RM10 upgrade from 50Mbps to 100Mbps. Worth to upgrade at this moment...

Haihh..how to get the free Jumbo pack. Now need to pay RM179 + RM30 for the Jumbo pack. So if i take this RM10 upgrade..will end up paying RM219 instead..adoii

Try use USB wifi adapter with antenna..in my case it helps

I'm not sure about the discount thingy. But my 50Mbps (TYS) is RM179 including the Aneka Pack before i upgraded to Jumbo Pack for an extra RM30..ended up paying RM209 now
