what is swapping fee?

Hi all my UNIFI 30mbs with HyppTv is RM189 and recently been upgraded to 50Mbs. As my contract just reached 2 years, any chance for me to renegotiate?

My fren get 50Mbs at RM179 with the same Hypptv package.
My other option is TIME at 100mbs RM149 but without Hypptv

My package if RM189 before GST : 30mbs upgraded to 50mbs with Ruby.
If I upgrade now with RM10, is it 189 or 199 for me before GST?

Some of u mentioned only RM189 after upgrade. How come mine is 189 before upgrade?

Anyone tried complaining to MCMC?

Just called TM. Seem i am suscribed to Ruby Pack2 with 50MBS for 189. Others are Normal Runy with 50MBS for 179.
They allowed me to change to normal Ruby to RM179 per month, which extend contract to 1 year +RM10 one time charge for down grade

Should i go ahead? And when i ask for the RM10 to next level 100MBS, they say need to ask marketing department

TM allow me to change to RM179 for the same package but i need to extend contract by 12 month. Is it worth it?
