I would like to get, if I get my bro's Hypl TV stb to use at my home with Unifi Lite Plan, is it work? Or i will cant watch any channel via stb due to Unifi Lite doesnt hv included the stb package? As i checked on their website, got 2 Chinese channels cant watch via Hypp TV Everywhere app… sad.gif

Need to take so long? Since last 2 week Unifi contractor keep working hard on lying fiber optic cable for underground and from pole to underground, the white box already there, but no yet fix to top, still hang at the bottom of the pole. The contractor told me should be available on next month, is it really can be ready in 1 month time? Didnt see any of them to work on this week d…

Maybe try to lodge ur complaint to MCMC? Since ur previous homeline is under ur dad's name, how can the agent help u to terminate? I tot need the owner visit TM Point to terminate/change owner name base on my previous experience? Since this is the agent's fault and ur parent wish to keep the number, complain to MCMC about their careless…

Since it's Sept now jz waiting for the next miracle from TM. As per the planning of TM, my address shouldnt n the list of 2017. Jz not sure why the white box still hang on the pole instead of fix on top, is it they need to do any testing b4 fix on pole?

At the moment the progress is until this 😂, 1 week before they have bz on lying the fibre cable and new cabinet on past 2 weeks. I direct asked the contractor when he installed the cabinet, he said Unifi can ready after 1 month oh…

But last year my bro's house only ready after 3 months they installed the white box… 😥

Jz saw the TM technician at behind my house doing something on the white box, i tot he will fix it on pole after he done the setuo, so the Unifi service will available very soon, but when I go to see again, he has left d. 😂

Hi... I saw the TM contractor connect a yellow cable to the box and do something at bottom, is it they are doing the interenet testing/tuning? On this step, is it mean the service will available very soon or might still need to do this steps for few times?

On 14/8, the contractor told me will available after 1 month, on 16/9, they told me will available in 2-3 weeks, now already 2 months since first month, but no any update yet. They jz fit the white box on the pole on last 2 saturday...

Tot the service will ready available very soon in 1 month time, but actually no. sad.gif

Ya, the contractor keep giving me the false hope. But at least TM gave me a hope to get Unifi earlier, on February they asked me to check again on next year after their proposal submission on Feb to their 'committee'... Jz hope that I can subscribe to Unifi b4 end of this year... biggrin.gif

May I know is it Unifi Bonanza still available? Suddenly received email that Unifi inataller will come my house on 19/11, they put me on Unifi Lite when i fill up few months ago, is it possible i can call to change it or need to resubmit new application? I also don wan the user id and phone number that assigned by them, no body call me for verification b4 confirmation one? sad.gif

the system passed me to their maintainance department,

Jz now I hv talked via Live Chat, the representative said after the order complete,
I cant migrate or downgrade the plan, so in this situation, I have to visit the TM Point to do the order cancel & resubmit the new application with Unifi Bonanza RM139, tomorrow early morning after I send my wife to work, I will straight to TM Point, hopefully everything can be done on my prefer way, even the service ID & phone number as well.

But I jz curious, since they can complete my order, why Im still unable to check my address coverage via unifi.my? The list are not same as their staff system one?

I tot it will be same as TM Point, or agent will even updated? As I remember last time my bro's address updated on Unifi's website on the same time with agent. But it seems like Unifi website got error, cant check coverage now. smile.gif

Btw, today morning the agent called me to ask about my plan, not sure is it because it has showed my complaint/requested via Live Chat in their system, he said he will help to cancel my order and resubmit a new application with Unifi Bonanza 139, abd also using my preferred service ID and phone number instead of random assign.



For Powerline, may I know which brand and model is recommended to use? TP-Link AV1200 set is fine if my budget is around RM300? Need to get it before the installer come, as I want to put the BTU on upstairs, while the router at living room near my TV. biggrin.gif

I also finally got my Unifi ID today after wait so long for Unifi since my complaints to MCMC on last year. But the email doesnt state it is on Unifi Bonanza or normal plan, a bit worried will hv any mistake on the plan later. Am i think too much? @.@
