i just placed a call to TM customer service.. They won't entertain you if you don't receive SMS or email notification. I believe this promotion is open to existing customer BUT it is selected customer will getting this sms.

Customer service representation will know whether their system is sending out sms to you.

for those stay in landed house, upgrade to 100 mbps should be fine since it is using the full fiber cable For those stay in Condo/Apartment, Some of my friend getting free upgrade (from 30 mbps to 50 mbps via thank you surprise) as they stay at lower floor. Some stay at higher floor did not manage to get the free upgrade due to line not stable.

No matter register online or at TMpoint, no dect phone provided for UniFi Lite. Do u have STD20?
Mine VDSL2 never use the VDSL splitter and I find it useless, no tone for phone using VDSL splitter. Ping is normal because connection to exchange, cabinet is using building's copper wiring and also using interleaved mode.
*
Hi Victor, so are your house VDSL support 100mbps ?

Of course the higher speed the better but depends on ur budget which package do u want. Obviously VDSL better than ADSL.
Don't think my VDSL2 can support 100mbps, the distance from wall socket to fiber distribution point already more than 500 meters. Probably for my building can only support 30Mbps maximum. Below is my attainable rate at around 26Mbps.

My case is I'm using 50mbps (TQ Surprise). No issue for the line so far.
Low snr margin also could be due to certain ip range you got. At least I saw this in my BTU. Not sure whether TM will do something for those with VDSL ? Otherwise will stuck at 50mbps.

After read the post since November until now, found out some of the members get 2 digits of ping response time before 100mbps. And now they are getting single digits in 100mbps. I'm sure there must be something did by TM improve the line quality.

Click the gear in you unifi account -> Account -> scroll down & click cancel service subscription.

Yea, I did went to that page and click on Cancel Service Subscription, but it popup a message requesting me to make payment. I'm registered a auto debit since day 1 I subscribe Unifi. Maybe need to wait for end of the day and see if the auto debit is already done at their side then only I try to access again.

Hanoi pricing from one of the local ISP, VDC (Vietnam Data Communication Company) under VNPT (Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group) which is owned by Vietnamese Government.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vietnam_Posts...nications_Group
Last column is for the discounted price if you agree to pay in advance for the respective months. eg 7,15,23,31 months.
The 5th column is the normal price per month.
All prices not include 10% VAT.

~RM100+ cheaper if you compare with TM/Maxis 30Mbps RM139 promotion price with their 23 months pay in advance discounted price.

Plus, its a fully fiber optic line with sync upload/download speed.
*
yea... TM should follow what Time is doing now. Those in Condo should using full fiber rather than fiber then copper wire.

Im getting confuse now, in fact my condo last mile is copper, i asked the officer she told me usually if currently able to support 50mb then 100mb shouldn't be problem.
*
I'm getting 50mbps through Thank you surprise. Before that, I ask tm technician who came to my house changed the HyppTV Box whether my place able to support 50mbps, he said my place only support 30mbps. Who know, after I click on Thank you surprise, I'm getting 50 mbps.

2 weeks before, I went to tmpoint to ask about RM10 upgrade for 100mbps, she tried to upgrade my existing package (50mbps) to 100mbps but unfortunately, she showed me the error message showed on the monitor something like the requested order not supported by premises with VDSL.
